Job summary

829 Studios is actively seeking experienced Project Management contractors to support website builds and ongoing engagements on an as-needed basis. Contractors will handle separate assignments with defined durations and weekly hours, across website builds or ongoing support, possibly concurrently.

You will independently manage assigned website projects per SOW, coordinate cross-functional activities, communicate with stakeholders, and monitor progress against scope and budget.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of project management experience, agency experience ideal.
• Proven track record delivering website projects with PM methodologies.
• Familiarity with website development workflow; WordPress knowledge ideal.

Responsibilities

• Independently plan and manage assigned website projects per SOW.
• Balance stakeholder expectations on timeline, cost, and scope.
• Build and manage an overall project plan to deliver results.
• Coordinate project activities and communications to achieve outcomes.
• Facilitate adherence to SOW and manage change orders.
• Create change order estimates and draft change order documents.
• Identify and manage risks, issues, decisions, and changes.
• Collaborate across teams and maintain a positive, results-focused attitude.
• Monitor status and adjust resources to meet project goals.
