Contractor Growth Network (CGN) in Charlotte, NC, is hiring a Production Manager to own the day-to-day execution of website projects and recurring SEO deliverables. You will establish internal schedules, assign and prioritize work, manage capacity, and lead daily production check-ins to ensure quality and on-time delivery.

This internal leadership role focuses on production execution rather than hands-on design or SEO work, with authority over internal tasks but no direct reports.

Qualifications

• Experience managing production workflows and digital projects.
• Proven ability to establish schedules, assign work, and enforce deadlines.
• Direct Monday.com experience managing projects, tasks, and deadlines.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Responsabilités

• Create and own internal schedules, assignments, priorities, and deadlines for active website projects.
• Assign work across designers, developers, writers, and other specialists based on capacity and deadlines.
• Monitor progress daily; identify stalled tasks, bottlenecks, and delivery risks before deadlines are missed.
• Lead daily production check-ins to clarify priorities, progress, blockers, and next steps.
• Own production operations for recurring monthly SEO deliverables.
• Coordinate content, optimization, technical SEO, and related tasks across specialists, writers, and developers.
• Maintain Monday.com task statuses and reporting.
