Contractor Growth Network seeks a Client Success Manager to own ongoing SEO client relationships, ensuring exceptional experiences and measurable business outcomes. You will collaborate with CGN’s SEO specialists to translate performance data into actionable guidance for interior remodeling clients.

The role emphasizes high-quality, personalized client touchpoints, ongoing strategic conversations, and opportunities to upsell aligned programs. Hybrid work and competitive compensation are offered.

Qualifications

• Must have experience as a Client Success Manager or similar role, serving as the main contact for a client account.
• Strong communication skills and consistent follow-through.
• Comfort presenting new products or services to clients and guiding them through decisions.
• Preferred: working knowledge of digital marketing, especially SEO.
• Ability to understand marketing reports and explain results in plain language for business owners.
• Familiarity with broader marketing mix (paid, content, reputation, social) and how these channels support SEO results.
• Experience in the home services, remodeling, or construction industry.
• Collaborative mindset and comfort working with specialists across teams.
• Confidence leading executive-level conversations and presentations.

Responsibilities

• Client Journey Management: Own and guide clients through the recurring SEO product lifecycle for adoption, engagement and retention.
• Client Reviews & Strategic Planning: Facilitate monthly client calls, QBRs, and annual planning to review performance and uncover expansion opportunities.
• Business & Marketing Advisory: Act as a subject matter expert in interior remodeling and marketing; translate analysis into client guidance.
• Critical Issue Management: Escalation point for client concerns with timely resolution.
• Cross-Team Collaboration: Communicate client progress to ensure teams have context to address issues quickly.
• Revenue Growth: Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell CGN programs aligned with client goals.
