Qualifications

• Bachelors Degree or 4+ years commensurate experience.
• 4+ years of experience in website management, digital marketing, or a related field.
• 3+ years managing CMS platforms (Contentful, WordPress), GA, and SEO tools; 2+ years A/B testing.

Responsibilities

• Manage Oscar’s CMS and ensure it is optimized for internal use, including content updates and landing page creation.
• Maintain and optimize existing pages and improve user experience.
• Train internal teams on best practices and self-service content updates.
• Setup Google Analytics to monitor website performance and report insights.
• Drive A/B testing strategies and collaborate on optimization opportunities.
• Align website goals with broader business objectives and ensure compliance.
• Develop and execute an SEO strategy to improve organic search rankings.
