Job summary

Oscar Health in New York is seeking a Manager to join our Growth Strategy and Operations Team. This role drives cross-functional strategy, manages complex workstreams, and prepares executive-ready materials to translate priorities into operational execution across the company.

Based in our New York office with a hybrid schedule (3 days in office weekly; Thursdays are in-office for team meetings), you will collaborate with analytics and finance to size business cases, coordinate high-priority

Qualifications

• 4+ years in strategy and operations or related growth roles.
• 4+ years managing complex workstreams or projects.
• Experience translating priorities into operational plans.

Responsibilities

• Support the design, planning, and execution of major strategic commercial projects and growth priorities.
• Drive collaboration across teams and external partners to ensure seamless execution of targets.
• Coordinate executive presentations for senior leadership, summarizing inputs from multiple departments.
• Manage daily high-priority requests and rapid-response strategic tasks to maintain organizational velocity.
• Partner with analytics and finance to size business cases for new priorities.
• Ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
• Other duties as assigned
