Job summary

Filevine is seeking a Marketing Associate - Webinars to own end-to-end webinar production across initiatives, from planning to post-event analysis. You’ll coordinate calendars, registrations, comms, and technical production, while aligning with content strategies and internal stakeholders to ensure on-brand, data-driven webinars that drive engagement.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in a technical role or position focused on organizational or communication skills.
• Experience with webinar software.
• Experience with project management.
• Comfortable working with executive leaders.
• Experience with marketing automation tools a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage cross-collaborative processes for all webinar campaign kick-offs.
• Set, measure, and meet performance goals for each webinar.
• Ensure webinar strategy with speakers, support and content.
• Assist in developing webinar topics and outlines.
• Coordinate and maintain end-to-end webinar logistics (scheduling, registration, testing).
• Support creation of webinar promotional materials (emails, landing pages, social).
• Manage webinar platform setup and ensure smooth technical execution.
• Track webinar metrics and provide analysis for improvement.
• Follow up with attendees and no-shows with relevant content.
• Create post-webinar summaries and analytics for stakeholders.
• Maintain webinar calendar and coordinate with speakers.
• Upload and tag new content in appropriate channels.
