DLA Piper is seeking a Marketing Operations Senior Coordinator to support firm practice leaders, lawyers, and the marketing team with webinars and related activities. You will handle webinar intake, planning, promotion, and execution, working closely with the Senior Manager of Marketing Operations to coordinate cross‑department initiatives in a fast‑paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or related field.
• 3 years’ experience in marketing and/or business development in a law firm or business professional environment. Webinar and project management experience required.

Responsibilities

• Drive webinar execution by joining planning calls, drafting electronic invites, scheduling tech runs, coordinating email schedules, and tracking CLE credits.
• Prioritize deadlines, anticipate client needs, and troubleshoot to deliver accurate services on time.
• Provide cross‑functional support for webinar programs including content placement and branding on events.
• Assist with day‑to‑day requests such as bio updates, reports, and research within SLA timelines.
• Support leadership with presentations, key metrics, and reports.
• Utilize CRM and webinar tools (ServiceNow, InterAction, MS Dynamics, Zoom) to track workflow and performance.
