Job summary

DLA Piper LLP is seeking a Sr Marketing Operations Coordinator to support webinar planning, promotion, and execution across firm initiatives. This hybrid role sits in Chicago and other listed offices, coordinating with partners, lawyers and marketing teams to showcase thought leadership and brand differentiators.

Responsibilities include intake, invites, tech runs, CLE coordination, and metrics reporting, with strong emphasis on detail and project management under tight deadlines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
• 3+ years of marketing, business development or webinar/project management experience.
• Experience in a law firm or professional services setting preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serves as a liaison for webinar support, driving execution from planning through follow-up.
• Collaborates with practice leaders, lawyers and marketing to support thought leadership campaigns.
• Coordinates invites, scheduling, CLE credits, and post-event reporting.
• Utilizes ServiceNow, InterAction and MS Dynamics for workflow and CRM tasks.
• Maintains accuracy and timeliness under tight deadlines.
