Job summary

DLA Piper is seeking a Marketing Operations Senior Coordinator to support webinar programs, intake, planning, promotion, and execution, aligning with the firm’s thought leadership and brand differentiators.

The role sits in a hybrid office environment across multiple US locations, requiring agile self‑starter skills and strong attention to detail. You will partner with the Senior Manager of Marketing Operations to deliver complex, cross‑department projects with tight timelines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related field required.
• 3 years’ experience in marketing and/or business development in a law firm or professional setting.
• Webinar and project management experience required.

Responsibilities

• Serve as liaison for webinar support and drive execution from planning to follow-up.
• Prioritize deadlines, anticipate client needs, and troubleshoot to deliver timely services.
• Support webinar programs with organization, logo placements, branded content, and on‑air presence.
• Utilize CRM and marketing tech (InterAction, MS Dynamics; Zoom; ServiceNow).
• Assist with bio updates, reports, and research as needed.
• Participate in lawyer meetings and cross‑department initiatives.
