Job summary

DLA Piper is seeking a Marketing Operations Senior Coordinator to support webinars and related marketing activities that showcase the firm’s thought leadership. You will manage webinar intake, planning, promotion, and execution while coordinating with practice leaders, lawyers and marketing teams.

The role requires an agile self‑starter with strong attention to detail and superb organizational skills to handle multiple projects in a fast‑paced environment. Hybrid work arrangement available.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or related field.
• 3 years’ experience in marketing and/or business development in a law firm or professional environment.
• Experience with webinar programs, project management and cross‑functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Serves as a liaison for webinar support; drive webinar execution by joining planning calls and drafting invites.
• Schedule tech runs, coordinate email campaigns, and manage CLE credits.
• Collaborate on logo placements, branded content and presence during webinars.
• Track workflows using ServiceNow and CRM systems; produce key metrics for leadership.
• Support day‑to‑day requests such as bio updates, reports, and research per SLA.
• Participate in lawyer meetings as requested; handle ad‑hoc tasks as assigned.
• Utilize Zoom and other webinar platforms to ensure smooth event delivery.
