Ourbit Exchange ищет бизнес-менеджера по развитию фьючерсного направления для расширения присутствия в регионе СНГ и увеличения объема торгов. В обязанности входит поиск и управление крипто-KOL, аффилиатами, трейдинговыми сообществами и брокерами, а также выстраивание долгосрочных партнерских отношений.

Требуется опыт в BD в крипто/Web3 не менее 2 лет, знания фьючерсов и деривативов, сеть контактов в CIS, владение русским и английским языками.

Qualifications

• Опыт ≥2 лет в бизнес-развитии, партнерствах или росте в крипто/Web3.
• Опыт в фьючерсах, деривативах или BD крипто-обменов приветствуется.
• Сеть крипто KOL, аффилиатов, трейдинговых сообществ, брокеров и активных трейдеров в регионе СНГ.
• Понимание CEX, perpetual futures, левериджа и крипто-деривативов.
• Доказанный рост торгового объема и привлечение активных трейдеров.
• Сильные коммуникативные навыки, переговоры и управление отношениями.
• Готовность работать удаленно в международной среде; владение русским языком; английский — профессиональный уровень.

Responsibilities

• Разрабатывать и реализовывать стратегии BD для роста фьючерсного бизнеса в CIS.
• Подбирать и управлять крипто-KOL, аффилиатами, трейдинговыми сообществами, брокерами и партнерами.
• Развивать и поддерживать долгосрочные отношения с партнерами.
• Сопровождать маркетинговые, продуктовые и операционные инициативы в регионе.
• Доставлять KPI по объему торгов, активным трейдерам и доходу.

We are looking for a Futures Business Development Manager to expand Ourbit’s presence across the CIS region and drive the growth of our futures trading business. You will be responsible for building and managing a strong network of crypto KOLs, affiliates, trading communities, brokers, and other strategic partners, with a clear focus on acquiring active futures traders and generating sustainable trading volume.

Develop and execute business development strategies to grow Ourbit’s futures business across CIS markets. Source, onboard, and manage crypto KOLs, affiliates, trading communities, brokers, and other strategic partners. Leverage existing industry relationships to acquire active futures traders and drive trading volume. Build and maintain long-term relationships with high-performing partners across the region. Develop partnership strategies and campaigns focused on futures user acquisition and trading activity. Negotiate partnership terms, commission structures, and commercial agreements. Monitor partner performance, user activity, and trading volume, and continuously optimize cooperation. Work closely with Marketing, Product, and Operations teams to execute regional growth initiatives. Track competitor strategies, market trends, and developments within the crypto derivatives market. Represent Ourbit at crypto conferences, trading communities, and relevant industry events. Deliver KPIs related to futures trading volume, active traders, partner acquisition, and revenue growth.

Требования:

• 2+ years of experience in Business Development, Partnerships, or Growth within the crypto/Web3 industry.
• Previous experience in futures, derivatives, or crypto exchange business development is strongly preferred.
• Existing network of crypto KOLs, affiliates, trading communities, brokers, or active futures traders across CIS markets.
• Strong understanding of centralized exchanges (CEX), perpetual futures, leverage, and crypto derivatives products.
• Proven track record of generating trading volume, acquiring active traders, or delivering measurable business growth.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
• Commercially minded, proactive, and highly results-oriented.
• Comfortable working independently in a remote and international environment.
• Fluent in Russian, with professional working proficiency in English.
