Qualifications

• Опыт в CFDs/Forex или многопрофильной брокерской среде.
• Умение развивать IB/партнёрские каналы, партнерские сети и каналы продаж.
• Опыт руководства небольшой/средней BD/Sales команд и развития продаж.

Responsibilities

• Руководить CFD BD/Sales командой, распределять рынки, клиентов и ресурсы.
• Развивать и лично продвигать стратегические IB и партнерские соглашения.
• Коучить и развивать BDM для улучшения результатов и закрытия крупных клиентов.
• Контролировать воронку продаж, конверсию клиентов, Net Deposit и торговую активность, разрабатывать планы улучшения.

Задачи:

Lead and manage a CFD BD/Sales team, assigning markets, clients, and business resources to team members. Identify, develop, and personally drive strategic IB and business partnerships, not just manage existing ones. Coach and mentor BDMs to improve individual performance and close important clients or partners. Monitor team pipeline, client conversion, Net Deposit, and trading activity; identify low performers and implement improvement plans. Recruit and develop CFD sales talent to build out the team. Support IBs with client acquisition, conversion, retention, and trading activation. Drive team and personal performance against key KPIs (FTD, Net Deposit, Trading Volume, Revenue, Client Retention).

Требования:

Proven experience in CFD, Forex, or multi-asset brokerage, with strong understanding of the Broker–LP–IB–Client business model. Experience managing a small-to-medium CFD BD/Sales team. Proven ability to develop IB, channel, and high-value client partnerships. Strong coaching, leadership, and team management skills. Solid business development and client relationship management capability. Strong local market experience in the assigned country/region, with an established IB/partner network. Native-level proficiency in the local language; working proficiency in English. Будет плюсом: Established local IB, agent, partner, or trading community resources; Familiarity with the local CFD/Forex competitive landscape, channel ecosystem, and incentive mechanisms; Background at Tier-1/Tier-2 CFD or forex brokers; experience with Copy Trading, PAMM, MAM, or EA products
