Job summary

Impact Scale in the United States is seeking a Product UX/UI Designer to craft high-quality digital experiences for landing pages, marketing funnels, and internal products reaching millions of users daily.

You will design intuitive web and mobile interfaces, create wireframes and prototypes, collaborate with developers and marketers, and stay ahead with AI-powered design workflows.

Qualifications

• Experience designing and prototyping with Figma, Miro, and other modern UI/UX design and collaboration tools.
• Strong understanding of UX principles, customer journey mapping, and interface design.
• Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and basic JavaScript preferred
• Experience designing mobile-first and responsive interfaces
• Excellent eye for layout, typography, spacing, and color balance
• Experience designing conversion-focused landing pages, marketing funnels, and performance marketing creative is highly preferred
• Experience designing high-conversion digital products, landing pages, and user flows for performance marketing or lead generation environments is strongly preferred
• Ability to translate business requirements into clean, intuitive user experiences
• Experience collaborating with developers, marketers, and product teams
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative, growth-oriented mindset
• Familiarity with AI-powered design tools and modern design workflows is a plus
• Portfolio required showing examples of UX flows, landing pages, and digital product interfaces
