Base pay ranges between $22 and $23 per hour with eligibility for an annual incentive plan. Under supervision, you will handle press operations, ink balance, and quick adjustments to ensure high-quality output for base and custom forms work.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Education: High School (preferred).
• Experience: 1 year of printing (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Perform complete press set-up: loading stock, aligning ink, mounting plates, and color registration.
• Meet job requirements for ink density, ink/water balance, color matching, size, and construction.
• Troubleshoot mechanical breakdowns; adjust equipment including blanket changes and washing units as needed.
