Job summary

Deluxe Corporation in Lenexa, KS seeks a press operator to support manufacturing, packaging and shipping a quality product. You will run sheet fed, digital presses and bindery equipment, following SOPs and working with a team to meet daily goals.

Responsibilities include press setup, ink/water balance, color matching, and basic maintenance. 18+ years old with HS/GED and 1 year printing experience preferred; exceptional attention to detail and safety are essential.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• HS/GED with 1 year printing experience with similar equipment.
• Familiar with product, equipment, printing process, and ink usage.

Responsibilities

• Set up presses, load stock, adjust ink/water balance, and meet job specifications.
• Operate sheet-fed, digital presses, and bindery equipment as required.
• Perform routine maintenance and troubleshoot minor mechanical issues.
• Follow SOPs to ensure quality and on-time order completion.
