Oshman Family JCC seeks a versatile Web Operations Specialist for on-site Palo Alto, blending web development, design, and content management. You will manage WordPress/Shopify sites, build landing pages with Elementor Pro, and ensure mobile-friendly design while troubleshooting data sync issues.

Ideal candidates have 3–4 years in a similar role, strong HTML/CSS/JS basics, and experience with TheGem theme. A non-profit spirit and collaboration with staff are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience managing WordPress sites and related platforms.
• Ability to read API docs and troubleshoot data sync between systems.
• Strong writing, editing, and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Be responsible for platform sync operations and ensure event data loads correctly.
• Build out landing pages and update content with Elementor Pro.
• Create and edit copy, format images, and layout promotional content on WordPress and Shopify.
