Job summary

Oshman Family JCC in Palo Alto, California, is seeking a Web Operations Specialist to support and optimize our online platforms. The role sits at the intersection of web development, design, and content management, with a focus on reliability and mobile-first delivery.

You will update Elementor layouts, troubleshoot data sync with external systems, edit event descriptions, and maintain consistent design across platforms.

Qualifications

• Proven experience managing WordPress sites and familiar with hosting workflows.
• Experience with building landing pages and content updates using Elementor Pro.
• Knowledge of UI/UX and mobile-first design constraints.
• Experience with SEO best practices for WordPress sites.
• Ability to read API documentation and troubleshoot data sync between external systems and WordPress.

Responsibilities

• Be responsible for platform sync operations and ensure event data loads properly on mobile.
• Build out new landing pages and update text using Elementor Pro and TheGem theme.
• Create and edit basic copy, format images, and layout promotional content across WordPress and Shopify.
• Install and configure WordPress plugins to enhance website functionality.
• Train and support staff on program operations and troubleshooting.
