Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of client-facing, multi-account agency experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Web Development, Graphic Design, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of professional web development experience.
• Proven experience with WordPress, Shopify, BigCommerce, and Figma.
• Ability to scope projects, estimate timelines, and assess budget impact.
• Strong project management skills and ability to juggle multiple priorities.
• Collaborative, solutions-oriented mindset with ownership.
• Ability to work on-site in Eugene/Springfield area.

Responsibilities

• Maintain, update, and optimize WordPress and Shopify sites for performance and accessibility.

• Implement UX/UI recommendations with design and digital teams.
• Establish and maintain development standards, workflows, and best practices.
