Job summary

Productivity Inc in Littleton, CO is seeking a detail-focused Web Order Processor to join our operations team. You will enter and process web orders for all branches, verify pricing, notes, and shipping details, and keep orders moving by communicating with Purchasing and Warehouse.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of office/administrative experience.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Ability to interact professionally with internal and external customers; strong presentation skills.
• Ability to investigate through research and resolve problems.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Strong computer knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Enter and process web orders for all branch locations in a timely and accurate manner.
• Review orders carefully for customer notes, special instructions, shipping requirements, quantities, pricing, and product information.
• Monitor backorders and product availability and communicate updates to customers in a timely and professional manner.
• Work with Purchasing to communicate product demand and recommend items that should be stocked or discontinued based on web order activity.
• Research and resolve cost, pricing, product, and order discrepancies to ensure accurate processing.
• Monitor and follow up on open orders, coordinating with Purchasing, Warehouse, Customer Service, and other departments to resolve issues and keep orders moving.
• Provide backup support to Warehouse operations as needed and assist with order fulfillment priorities.
• Perform additional duties and responsibilities as required to support department and business needs.
