Job summary

Visa is seeking an Analyst to join the Commercial and Money Movement Solutions (CMS) Business Planning and Operations Team in North America. You will support external programs, events, and client-facing initiatives with cross-functional partners to ensure timely, high-quality delivery.

The ideal candidate is detail-oriented with strong communication, project management, and organizational skills, able to manage multiple work streams and coordinate with Sales, AMs, Marketing, and CMS stakeholders

Qualifications

2+ years of work experience with a Bachelor's Degree.
3+ years of work experience with a Bachelor's Degree or 2+ years with an Advanced Degree.

Responsibilities

End-to-end execution of external programs and client engagement initiatives.
Coordinate conference and event execution with internal and external partners.
Support client hosting, including invite strategy and communications.
Track priorities, maintain reporting, and drive follow-ups to ensure execution.
Identify process improvements and develop playbooks, templates, and tracking mechanisms.
