Job summary

The Gemini 3 Group seeks a detail-oriented Web Operations & SharePoint Team Lead to provide organizational and operational support to Commander, Naval Surface Forces, U.S. Pacific Fleet in San Diego, CA.

You will supervise the contractor SharePoint and web team, coordinate development tasks, and ensure QA on all deliverables. Responsibilities include SharePoint administration across legacy and modern environments, knowledge management, and implementing Power Platform automations.

Qualifications

Five (5) years of experience in legacy SharePoint 2013 and InfoPath.
Experience supporting DoD networks with cybersecurity, IA, and OPSEC requirements.
Active Secret Clearance required.
Bachelor’s degree or 4+ years of related experience accepted in lieu of degree.

Responsibilities

Act as technical lead and supervisor for SharePoint/web support team.
Coordinate development tasks, manage workload, perform QA on deliverables.
Develop detailed project plans and monitor progress with stakeholders.
Lead knowledge management including content organization and information architecture.
Provide admin support for hybrid SharePoint environments (SharePoint 2013 to SharePoint Online).
Design, implement, and support custom SharePoint workflows and Power Platform automations.
Ensure responsive design and accessibility in SharePoint modern pages and UIs.
Translate business requirements into usable technical solutions and communicate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
