Job summary

T3W Business Solutions, Inc. in San Diego, CA seeks a Web Operations & SharePoint Lead to spearhead SharePoint administration, front-end web development, and KM solutions. You will guide a technical team, manage workloads, and ensure high-quality deliverables for CNSP Public Affairs support.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years in SharePoint, web development, and DoD cybersecurity. Active Secret Clearance is required. Hybrid work in San Diego preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required with five+ years in KM, UI development, and business logic.
• Five+ years of SharePoint administration, site architecture, and enterprise content management.
• Experience with legacy SharePoint 2013 and InfoPath; Power Platform knowledge.
• Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, JSON, and JavaScript for SharePoint UI customization.
• Experience with DoD networks, cybersecurity, and OPSEC compliance.

Responsibilities

• Lead SharePoint and web support team; coordinate tasks and QA.
• Develop detailed project plans; monitor progress and communicate with partners.
• Coordinate knowledge management initiatives and information architecture.
• Maintain SharePoint permissions, security, and site collections.
• Support hybrid SharePoint environments (2013, InfoPath, Visio; Online/365).
• Translate complex requirements into usable technical solutions.
