Job summary

The Gemini 3 Group, Inc. is seeking a detail-oriented Web Operations & SharePoint Team Lead to provide organizational and operational support to Commander, Naval Surface Forces, U.S. Pacific Fleet located in San Diego, CA.

The role leads the contractor SharePoint and web support team, maintains legacy and modern SharePoint environments, and develops front-end solutions using HTML5, CSS3, JSON, and Power Platform workflows. DoD experience and an active Secret Clearance are required.

Qualifications

Five years of experience in business process analysis, knowledge management solutions, user interface development, and business logic implementation.
At least five years of direct experience in SharePoint administration, site architecture, and enterprise content management.
Bachelor's degree in MIS/CS or a related technical field, or at least four years of relevant professional experience.
Active Secret Clearance.

Responsibilities

Lead the contractor SharePoint and web support team; coordinate development tasks and QA on all deliverables.
Create detailed project plans; monitor progress and communicate with Government partners and stakeholders.
Manage knowledge management initiatives and information architecture.
Provide expert SharePoint admin for hybrid environments (SharePoint 2013, InfoPath, Visio, SP Online, MS 365).
Support DoD networks with cybersecurity, information assurance and OPSEC alignment.
Develop front-end SharePoint pages with HTML5, CSS3, JSON, and basic JavaScript; implement Power Platform workflows.
