Job summary

Texas State University is seeking a Web & Mobile Strategy Manager in San Marcos to lead the university’s web strategy, CMS governance, and digital marketing efforts. You will drive SEO, content optimization, and UX improvements to boost audience engagement while aligning with institutional priorities.

You will supervise UI/UX and content teams, coordinate with campus partners, monitor analytics, and guide mobile app strategy to enhance digital effectiveness.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in communications, marketing, information technology, or a related field.
• Minimum five years of experience in web program management, digital strategy, CMS administration, enterprise web projects, or a closely related field.

Responsibilities

• Lead the division’s web strategy by developing and implementing SEO and AEO initiatives to strengthen the university’s web presence.
• Coordinate web and mobile development priorities with stakeholders and ensure successful project completion.
• Provide leadership for the UI/UX Designer and Content Strategists and oversee performance management.
