Job summary

Boogie Team is seeking a technically capable Technical Web & Marketing Automation Specialist to support a U.S.-based client with website transition, email and DNS setup, and marketing automation. The role focuses on transitioning existing systems, improving technical setup, and automating key marketing processes, with the client remaining hands-on to manage systems independently after transition.

Qualifications

At least 2 years in web development, marketing automation, or similar role.
Experience managing domains, DNS records, and email configuration is a plus.
Familiarity with WordPress and website migrations or platform transitions.
Experience with CRM/workflow automation or integration tools.
Strong understanding of forms, lead flow, tracking, and system integrations.
Ability to troubleshoot independently and explain technical concepts clearly.
Excellent written and verbal English communication.

Responsibilities

Assist with transitioning the client’s website away from WordPress to a suitable platform.
Configure and troubleshoot domain and DNS settings, including email records.
Support email setup and authentication (MX, SPF, DKIM, DMARC) as needed.
Set up and improve marketing automations for campaigns, lead capture, follow-up, and tracking.
Connect websites, forms, CRM, email tools, and third-party systems.
Troubleshoot issues across website, domain, email, tracking and automation platforms.
Document setup and provide clear guidance for client self-management after transition.
