OuterBox, Inc. is hiring an Automation Specialist to design and implement sophisticated marketing automation workflows that deliver highly personalized customer experiences.

The role is fully remote and based in the United States, collaborating with Email Marketing Specialists and the UX team to drive client results. The ideal candidate brings 4+ years in Salesforce Marketing Cloud Engagement (MCE) and AMPscript, strong SQL/database skills, HTML/CSS for email builds, and a solid grasp of email

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in Salesforce Marketing Cloud Engagement (MCE) and AMPscript.
• Experience with relational databases and SQL.
• Working knowledge of HTML / CSS to complement drag-and-drop email builds.
• Proficient understanding of email marketing and KPIs.

Responsibilities

• Automation Workflow Development: Design and implement sophisticated workflows for personalized customer experiences.
• Lifecycle Touchpoint and Segmentation Planning: Develop audience segmentation strategies and lifecycle stages.
• Stakeholder Communication: Coordinate with team members and stakeholders on automation strategies and performance insights.
• Performance Monitoring and Quality Assurance: Monitor workflows and optimize for quality and effectiveness.
• Data Management and Dynamic Content: Maintain data models and enable dynamic content personalization.
• Compliance and Best Practices Adherence: Ensure compliance with data privacy and industry standards.
