Qualifications

• Hyper-organized and detail-oriented mindset.
• 1+ years in an agency, marketing ops, client coordination, QA, or technical support.
• Ability to translate messy, ambiguous client emails into crystal-clear tasks for a technical team.
• Auditing and QA experience across devices and screen sizes.
• Excellent written communication; able to explain technical details in plain English.
• Familiarity with WordPress and page builders to evaluate site builds.

Responsibilities

• Act as final checkpoint before client delivery; inspect across desktop, tablet, and mobile viewports.
• Translate client requests into structured Asana tickets with acceptance criteria and visuals.
• Maintain task hygiene in Asana: due dates, tags, dependencies, and follow-ups.
• Coordinate daily with Dhaka team to clarify ticket details and track deliverables.
• Manage DNS changes and onboarding checklists for new clients.
