Job summary

VALiNTRY Services seeks a Web & Email Marketing Specialist to support digital marketing across web, email, and customer engagement platforms, blending technical and marketing execution for a seamless online customer experience.

You will build and maintain landing pages, implement tracking with GA4/GTM/UTM, and create email campaigns in Klaviyo including customer journeys and automation. Strong HTML/CSS/JS skills and data mindset are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Marketing, IT, or related field.
• 2+ years in digital marketing, website administration, or email marketing.
• Experience with Klaviyo or similar automation platform.
• Familiarity with Shopify, WordPress or Salesforce Experience Cloud.
• Knowledge of HTML, CSS and JavaScript is preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain landing pages, web pages and forms with approved designs.
• Execute website updates and tracking using GA4, GTM and UTM parameters.
• Create and deploy email campaigns in Klaviyo and manage customer journeys.
• Monitor deliverability, test rendering and produce performance reports.
• Troubleshoot website, email, and platform issues and collaborate with teams.
• Maintain consistent digital experience across all customer touchpoints.
