Job summary

Movable Ink, a dynamic SaaS company, seeks a Web Manager to own Movable Ink’s web properties, ensuring performance and a best-in-class user experience.

You will build, update, and optimize pages in Webflow, apply WordPress knowledge, implement marketing scripts, collaborate with SEO and content teams, and translate designs from Figma into live experiences. This role offers cross-functional growth at a global scale.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience as a generalist web developer with a portfolio spanning multiple platforms or CMS environments.
• Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, with the ability to write and debug code independently.
• Hands-on experience with Webflow, including CMS, animations, and custom development.
• Working knowledge of WordPress, including themes, plugins, and custom layout troubleshooting.
• Strong command of Marketo, including marketing scripts, form embeds, and tag/tracking functionality.
• Design proficiency in Figma and/or Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, or equivalent).
• Familiarity with GA4, event tracking, and basic reporting.
• Bonus: experience with OneTrust, Bizzabo, or AI/SEO tools.

Responsibilities

• Own and maintain Movable Ink’s web properties, ensuring performance, accuracy, and a best-in-class user experience.

• Write clean, maintainable HTML, CSS, and JavaScript to extend platform capabilities and solve frontend challenges.
• Support campaign launches with landing page builds, form integrations, and UTM/tag management.
• Collaborate with SEO and content teams on technical SEO tasks, site structure, and emerging AI visibility best practices.

The base pay range for this position is ₡16,445,800 - ₡20,476,467 yearly, which can include additional bonus depending on the position ultimately offered, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits. The base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
