Job summary

FourKites, Inc. seeks a Web Growth & SEO Manager to own how prospects find and move through the website, from search to conversion. You will blend experimentation, SEO, GEO, and AEO into a unified growth roadmap.

You will partner with the Web Developer for technical implementation, focusing on strategy, content, insight, and measurable growth. Remote work is not stated; assume on-site in the United States.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in web strategy and optimization, B2B Enterprise SaaS preferred.
• Solid technical SEO knowledge: crawlability, indexation, structured data, JS rendering, site architecture.
• Strong analytics skills in GA4 and tag management.
• Working knowledge of HTML and CSS to specify requirements.
• Experience with user research or UX testing.
• Demonstrated results from structured experimentation and organic search programs.
• Use of LLMs and AI tools in analysis and workflow automation.
• Webflow experience.
• Experience with Google Search Console and testing platforms (VWO, Optimizely).
• Experience with personalization or account-based web experiences.

Responsibilities

• Own website strategy, roadmap, and performance across brand, product, solution, and resource pages.
• Own A/B testing program: research, hypotheses, prioritization, test design, analysis, and reporting.
• Maintain testing backlog and library of learnings for design and messaging.
• Partner with Web Platform Lead on new builds, QA, and tooling.
• Own SEO, GEO, and AEO strategy and roadmap linked to pipeline.
• Define keyword, topic, and entity strategy for content across product/solutions/industries.
• Optimize on-page SEO: metadata, headings, internal linking, content structure.
• Track and improve brand presence in AI-generated answers.
• Structure content for extraction and citation with clear answers and schema.
• Run technical SEO audits and write requirements for implementation.

Job description

• The Web Growth & SEO Manager will own how prospects find and move through the FourKites website, from search and AI answers to conversion. You will combine experimentation, SEO, GEO, and AEO into one growth roadmap. You will partner with the Web Developer owning technical implementation, so your focus is strategy, content, insight, and measurable growth
• Own the website strategy, roadmap, and performance across brand, product, solution, and resource pages
• Align web priorities with demand generation, product marketing, content, and sales stakeholders
• Own the A/B testing program: research, hypotheses, prioritization, test design, analysis, and reporting
• Maintain a testing backlog and a library of learnings that informs design and messaging
• Partner with the Web Platform Lead on new builds, QA, and tooling
• Own the SEO, GEO, and AEO strategy and roadmap, tied to topics that matter to pipeline
• Define keyword, topic, and entity strategy for product, solution, industry, and thought-leadership content
• Optimize on-page SEO: metadata, headings, internal linking, content structure, and refreshes of underperforming pages
• Track and improve brand presence in AI-generated answers (ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, Perplexity, Google AI features)
• Structure content for extraction and citation: clear answers, FAQs, entity coverage, authoritative sourcing, and schema
• Run technical SEO audits and write clear requirements for the Web Platform Lead to implement
• Support off-page efforts that influence search and AI visibility, such as digital PR and third-party presence
• Own dashboards and reporting in GA4, Search Console, and SEO platforms (SE Ranking, SEMrush, or similar)
• Report on traffic, rankings, AI visibility, conversion, and pipeline contribution
• Define tracking requirements and work with the Web Platform Lead to implement and validate them
• Review content briefs and drafts for search intent and topical completeness
• Partner with content, product marketing, and demand generation on campaigns and landing pages
• Assist with SEO content creation

• A strong point of view on GEO and AEO with hands-on results
• Clear writing and presentation skills; able to influence developers, writers, and executives
• 5+ years in web strategy and optimization, with B2B Enterprise SaaS experience preferred
