Job summary

The City of Beaverton is seeking a Web Analyst to shape internal tools and city-branded sites used by staff daily. You will guide developers, administer SharePoint and Power Platform solutions, and champion accessible, usable, and secure design across the web ecosystem.

The role is hands-on, highly collaborative, and includes a hybrid schedule (up to 3 days remote after probation). You’ll work with communications, developers, and analysts to transform business needs into intuitive site

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information systems, business, or a related field.
• Five years of experience in advanced web application development, web process analysis, advanced web design, programming, and database development.

Responsibilities

• Manage, analyze, design, implement, and maintain city websites, portals, applications, processes, and content management systems.
• Monitor and manage web infrastructure and security of those systems; recommend alternatives or replacements.
• Oversee maintenance, upgrades, and conversion of existing web systems to new technologies and business models.
• Lead cross-departmental efforts to modernize, optimize, and secure city web platforms.
