The Center for Action and Contemplation is seeking a Web & Email Channel Specialist to shape CAC’s website and email experiences. You’ll own hands-on optimization in WordPress and Campaign Monitor while guiding information architecture, UX, accessibility, and SEO to improve audience engagement.

You’ll collaborate across teams to translate goals into effective digital experiences, balancing design, technical needs, and organizational priorities while pursuing continual improvement.

Qualifikationen

• 3-4+ years of relevant experience across web, email, digital marketing, or a related discipline.
• Hands-on responsibility for building and optimizing digital experiences.
• Experience with WordPress and Campaign Monitor or similar platforms.
• Strong understanding of UX, information architecture, responsive design.

Aufgaben

• Own and optimize CAC’s web and email channels with hands-on execution and strategy.
• Build and maintain web pages in WordPress, applying UX, IA, accessibility, and SEO best practices.
• Create and optimize email campaigns in Campaign Monitor or similar tools.
• Shape broader web and email strategy, identify improvements, and set best practices.
• Collaborate with internal teams to translate business needs into digital experiences.
• Use performance insights to recommend enhancements across web and email.
