Job summary

The Center for Action and Contemplation (CAC) is seeking a Web & Email Channel Specialist to shape CAC’s online presence across the website and email. You’ll blend hands-on execution with strategic planning, building pages in WordPress and crafting email experiences to improve audience engagement.

Collaborating with Marketing, Engagement, and other teams, you’ll apply UX, IA, SEO, accessibility, and testing to optimize digital experiences.

Qualifications

• 3-4+ years of experience across web, email, digital marketing, or related discipline

Responsibilities

• Own and optimize CAC’s web and email channels with both hands-on execution and strategic recommendations.
• Build, maintain, and improve web pages in WordPress with UX, information architecture, responsive design, accessibility, and SEO.
• Build and optimize email communications in Campaign Monitor or similar platforms.
• Shape CAC’s broader web and email strategy, identifying opportunities to improve content structure, delivery, and experience.
• Use performance insights and industry best practices to recommend improvements across web and email.
• Partner with the Web Product Manager and other internal teams to translate business needs into effective digital experiences.
• Establish and champion web and email best practices while guiding stakeholders on how these channels are used.
