The Center for Action & Contemplation (CAC) seeks a Web & Email Channel Specialist to shape CAC's website and email experiences. You will combine hands-on execution with strategic planning, focusing on information architecture, responsive design, SEO, and audience experience.

Ideal candidates have 3–4+ years building digital experiences, experience with WordPress and Campaign Monitor, and a knack for asking thoughtful questions to improve the user journey.

Qualificações

• 3–4+ years building and optimizing digital experiences across web and email.
• Direct experience with WordPress or similar CMS.
• Experience with Campaign Monitor or similar platform.
• Strong UX, IA, and responsive design understanding.
• Familiar with A/B testing and optimization.
• Strategic thinking to justify changes and improvements.
• SEO knowledge and impact of site structure on discoverability.
• Ability to balance design, tech requirements, audience needs, and goals.

Responsabilidades

• Own and optimize CAC’s web and email channels with hands-on execution and strategy.
• Build, maintain, and improve web pages in WordPress with UX, IA, and SEO in mind.
• Build and optimize email communications focusing on audience experience and performance.
• Shape broader web/email strategy and identify content delivery improvements.
• Use performance insights to recommend improvements across web and email.
• Collaborate with Web Product Manager, Engagement, Marketing, and other teams to translate needs into digital experiences.
• Establish and promote web/email best practices for stakeholders.
