Job summary

Payroc is seeking a Web & Digital Content Specialist to manage Dynamics Payments' websites and digital properties. You will drive CMS updates, landing pages, and conversion optimization while collaborating with Marketing, Product, and Sales to ensure brand-aligned content.

You will implement GA4 tracking, optimize SEO, and support design needs with Figma and Adobe tools. Fluency in English and Spanish is required, with on-site work in San Juan, Puerto Rico scheduling.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in website management within marketing or digital environments.
• Strong CMS experience with HubSpot, WordPress, Webflow or similar.
• Experience in B2B SaaS, fintech, or payments domains preferred.
• Knowledge of GA4, GTM, and UTM tracking for campaign measurement.
• Fluent in English and Spanish.

Responsibilities

• Website & CMS management: update and troubleshoot content using CMS platforms.
• Landing page development to support campaigns and lead goals.
• Conversion optimization of CTAs, forms, and journeys.
• Digital tracking & analytics with GA4, GTM, and UTMs.
• SEO strategy and on-page optimization for organic performance.
• Digital QA to fix broken links and mobile issues before go‑live.
• Design support for web and campaigns using Figma/Adobe/Canva.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, Product, IT, and agencies.
• Monitor and report website and campaign performance.
