Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 14+ years of experience; or Master's degree and 12+ years; PhD/JD with 9+ years.
• Active TS/SCI with polygraph.
• Demonstrated experience in SharePoint.
• Proficient in PowerShell for data ingestions and scripts in SharePoint.
• Experience with Joomla site design and administration; Joomla 3–5 migrations.
• Experience creating and maintaining Web-Based Training (WBTs).
• Proficiency in PHP, JavaScript, C++, and related languages.
• Experience integrating AI tools into workflows and communicating usage.

Responsibilities
