Job summary

GRVTY is seeking a Web Developer with a TS/SCI + Poly clearance to join one of our top projects in Chantilly, VA. The role focuses on SharePoint, PowerShell data ingestions, Joomla site design and Joomla 3 to 5 conversion, and building/maintaining WBTs and online training portals.

Proven ability to code across PHP, JavaScript, C++, and related languages is required, as is hands-on experience with AI tools integration into workflows.

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI with Polygraph Clearance required.

Responsibilities

• Making major revisions to existing courses.
• Establishing standards for design, development, and evaluation of courses.
• Providing guidance material for instruction.
• Coaching new instructors in course delivery and instructional techniques.
• Developing new courses and learning solutions in multiple modalities.
• Consulting with Sponsor SMEs to handle curriculum design tasks.
• Maintaining training portals, websites, and related media assets.
• Ensuring accessibility and copyright compliance across materials.
