Job summary

The role requires TS/SCI clearance with Full Scope Poly, SharePoint and Joomla experience, and strong web development skills (PHP, JavaScript, C++). On-site work with a day shift; travel none.

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI clearance with Full Scope Polygraph is required.
• U.S. Citizenship is required.
• Experience in SharePoint development and administration.
• Experience using PowerShell for data ingestions and SharePoint scripting.
• Experience with Joomla site design/administration; Joomla 3–5 migration.
• Experience creating and maintaining WBTs.
• Proficient in PHP, JavaScript, C++, and related languages.
• Knowledge and hands-on experience using AI tools and integrating AI into workflows.

Responsibilities

• Develop new courses and learning solutions across modalities; revise existing courses and set design standards.
• Consult with SMEs to handle curriculum design, development, and training delivery including needs assessment and evaluation.
• Determine technical requirements for learning solutions and design, develop, and implement media products for courses.
• Create training materials such as WBTs, online courses, portals, websites, graphics, and video projects.
• Maintain WBTs, courses, portals, graphics, and video projects; provide ongoing support.
• Support in-class learning technologies and general photography needs.
• Document processes for continuity of operations and maintain code and processes.
• Adhere to accessibility (Section 508), privacy, and copyright requirements.
