Job summary

Rapid Cycle Solutions, LLC is seeking a Web Developer with a strong SharePoint background to design, develop, and maintain web-based learning solutions. The role emphasizes Joomla migrations (3 to 5), PowerShell scripting for data ingestions, and creating WBTs, while integrating AI tools into workflows.

The ideal candidate will code in PHP, JavaScript, C++, and related languages, work on-site in Chantilly, VA, and meet TS/SCI with Full Scope Polygraph clearance requirements.

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI clearance with Full Scope Polygraph required
• U.S. Citizenship required (NO EXCEPTIONS)
• Experience in SharePoint
• Experience using PowerShell for data ingestions and running scripts in SharePoint
• Experience using Joomla site design and site administration; Joomla 3 to 5 conversion
• Experience creating and maintaining WBTs
• Proficient in website coding and development (PHP, JavaScript, C++, and related languages)
• Knowledge and hands-on experience using AI tools and integrating them into workflows

Responsibilities

• Develop new courses and learning solutions across delivery modalities, revise existing courses, set design standards, provide guidance, and coach instructors
• Collaborate with SMEs to handle curriculum design, development, and training delivery tasks such as needs assessment, research, course and lesson creation, design, development, delivery, feedback collection, and evaluation
• Work with management, instructional design teams, and SMEs to determine technical requirements for learning solutions; research, design, develop, document, and implement media products and artifacts for training
• Create training materials such as WBTs, online courses, portals, websites, graphics, and video projects
• Maintain WBTs, courses, portals, websites, graphics, and video projects for print and online use
• Provide support for WBTs, courses, portals, websites, graphics, and video projects
• Support in-class learning technologies such as audience response systems
• Support general photography needs
• Document processes and resources for continuity of operations
• Maintain code and processes
• Use knowledge management repositories
• Use project tracking systems and processes
• Ensure activities and products meet requirements
• Comply with accessibility (Section 508), privacy and copyright regulations
