Job summary

Rapid Cycle Solutions is seeking a Web Developer with a strong SharePoint background for on-site work in Chantilly, VA. Qualifications

• Clearance: Active TS/SCI with Full Scope Polygraph
• U.S. Citizenship required (NO EXCEPTIONS)
• Experience in SharePoint
• Experience using PowerShell for data ingestions and scripts in SharePoint
• Experience using Joomla site design and site administration; Joomla 3 to 5 conversion
• Experience creating and maintaining WBTs
• Proficient in website coding and development (PHP, JavaScript, C++, and related languages)
• Knowledge and hands-on experience using AI tools and integrating them into workflows

Responsibilities

• Develop new courses and learning solutions across modalities; revise existing courses and set design standards
• Collaborate with SMEs to handle curriculum design, development, and training delivery
• Determine technical requirements for learning solutions and document media products for training
• Create training materials such as WBTs, online courses, portals, websites, visuals, and video projects
• Maintain and support WBTs, courses, portals, websites, visuals, and video assets
• Provide support for training materials and related deliverables
• Support learning technologies and photography needs
• Document processes and resources for continuity of operations
• Maintain code and processes; use knowledge management repositories
• Adhere to accessibility (Section 508), privacy, and copyright requirements
