Job summary

Bespoke Technologies, Inc. is seeking a SharePoint Developer in Chantilly, VA, with SME-level experience across SharePoint, PowerShell, Joomla conversion, and WBT creation. The role requires coding skills in PHP, JavaScript, and C++, plus hands-on AI tool integration.

The contractor team will work with SMEs, client management, and instructional design teams to design and deliver courses, maintain portals, and support training materials and media projects.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience with SharePoint.
• PowerShell scripting for data ingestions in SharePoint.
• Joomla site design and admin, including Joomla 3 to 5 conversion.
• Experience creating and maintaining Web-Based Training (WBTs).
• Proficient in PHP, JavaScript, C++, and related languages.
• Knowledge of AI tools and integrating them into workflows.

Responsibilities

• Develop new courses and learning solutions across delivery modalities.
• Collaborate with SMEs to design, develop, and evaluate courses.
• Determine technical requirements for learning solutions with client teams.
• Design, develop, and document media products for training courses.
• Create training materials including WBTs, portals, websites, visuals, and videos.
• Provide support for WBTs, courses, portals, and video projects.
• Assist in-class learning technologies and photography needs.
• Document processes for continuity of operations and maintain code.
