Job summary

LaBella Associates is seeking a Web Developer to create and maintain web-based, data-driven applications for municipal, utility, environmental, and infrastructure projects. You will work with GIS staff and multidisciplinary teams to deliver reliable, scalable software solutions in a collaborative environment.

The role requires 5+ years of experience with .NET Core, C#, EF, JavaScript, and SQL Server; knowledge of Esri GIS is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience in computer science, IT, engineering, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of professional software, web app, or database development experience.
• Experience building web apps with .NET Core, C#, EF and JavaScript.
• Experience with Microsoft SQL Server, writing queries and views.
• Experience integrating web apps with relational databases and APIs.

Responsibilities

• Develop, enhance, test, and maintain web-based and data-driven applications.
• Develop GIS applications/tools using Esri technologies when needed.
• Translate business requirements into reliable features and workflows.
• Participate in code reviews, testing, deployment, and maintenance of production apps.
• Develop and maintain databases and cloud-based data structures; optimize SQL queries.
