LaBella Associates is seeking a Web Developer in Rochester, NY to build and maintain web-based and data-driven applications for municipal, environmental, and infrastructure projects.

You will work with .NET Core, C#, JavaScript, and ArcGIS tools, collaborating with GIS staff, project managers, and engineers to deliver practical, scalable solutions. Strong SQL Server experience is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in CS/IT or equivalent professional experience.
• 5+ years of professional software/web/database development.
• Experience with .NET Core, C#, EF, and JavaScript.
• Experience with Microsoft SQL Server and relational databases.

Responsibilities

• Develop, enhance, test, and maintain web-based, data-driven applications.
• Create GIS applications and tools using Esri technologies.
• Translate business requirements into reliable features and workflows.
• Participate in code reviews, testing, deployment, and maintenance.
• Support data migration and modernization of legacy systems.
