Responsibilities and Qualifications

• 7+ Years of experience in developing and maintaining GIS Applications/Systems/Tools.
• Must have experience with Microsoft C# .NET, HTML 5.
• Must have strong experience with ArcGIS Server (including ArcGIS REST API, dynamic and cached map services, feature services and image services).
• Experience with ArcSDE (including versioning geometric networks).
• Experience with SQL Server, Oracle, Web Services, Geoprocessing services, Python.
• Experience with Oracle and Microsoft SQL Server Data Access libraries and Programming Patterns for separation of logic, data, and presentation tiers such as Model View Controller (MVC), ESRI, ArcObjects and ArcGIS Server application programming interfaces (API).
