Job summary

ESP Inspire, LLC is seeking a WordPress Website Designer & Developer to build and maintain client websites using WordPress, Elementor, and Divi. You will translate client needs into functional, high-performing sites with clean UX/UI and responsive design.

Responsibilities include customizing themes/plugins, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring security and SEO optimization while collaborating with clients and project managers to meet deadlines.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a WordPress Website Designer & Developer with a strong portfolio.
• Proficiency in WordPress, PHP, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for custom theme and plugin work.
• Experience using Elementor for page building and customization within WordPress.
• Solid UX/UI design understanding with focus on user-friendly websites and performance.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills; ability to collaborate with clients and teams.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a WordPress Website Designer & Developer or similar role, with a strong portfolio showcasing relevant projects.
• Proficiency in WordPress, PHP, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, with a focus on custom theme development and plugin customization.
• Experience using Elementor for page building and customization within WordPress.
• Solid understanding of UX/UI design principles and best practices, with the ability to create visually appealing and user-friendly websites.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail, with the ability to troubleshoot technical issues effectively.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate with team members and clients.
• Familiarity with version control systems such as Git is a plus.
