Team17 in New York seeks a Web & CRM Marketing Manager to own web, email, and CRM activities across owned channels for our games. You will collaborate with Brand, Community, Creator, Creative and Performance teams to execute Go-To-Market campaigns and support title objectives.

Day-to-day, you will manage HubSpot or similar platforms, lead web updates, email strategy, segmentation and analytics, ensuring campaigns meet privacy standards.

Competenze

• Hands-on web experience with managing web campaigns and CMS.
• Extensive email marketing and segmentation experience using HubSpot or Mailchimp.
• Strong understanding of CRM principles, systems and segmentation strategies.
• Familiarity with GDPR and digital privacy in CRM and marketing.
• Passion for gaming and understanding of gaming communities is advantageous.

• Lead web planning and execution, including updates, CMS management, and UX optimization.
• Lead email marketing strategy, campaign planning, creation, segmentation, execution, optimization and reporting.
• Manage and optimize CRM workflows to enhance player lifecycle engagement and retention.
• Define and deliver digital marketing campaigns across owned channels in line with title objectives, audiences and budgets.
• Set up and execute campaigns through channels or partners with precise checks.
• Collaborate with Performance team to share learnings and optimize campaigns and pages.
• Report KPIs and turn insights into actionable recommendations to improve ROI.
• Provide clear creative briefs reflecting best practices for web and email assets.
• Ensure data privacy and compliance in all marketing activities.
