Job summary

Team17 is seeking a mid-level Performance Marketing Manager to drive player acquisition, revenue growth and marketing efficiency across its portfolio. You will plan, execute and optimize campaigns across paid media, email, and CRM, collaborating with Brand Managers and Creative teams to align assets with channel needs.

You will own hands-on setup, testing, and optimization with agencies and partners, translate data into actionable insights, and develop reporting to inform strategy.

• Experience collaborating with brand, creative and product teams to align campaigns.

Responsibilities

• Planning – Define and deliver performance marketing campaigns across paid media channels based on objectives and budgets.
• Launch – Set up and manage campaigns with agencies/partners to ensure accurate delivery.
• Optimisation – Continuously optimize campaigns and the player journey based on metrics.
• Media Management – Brief, negotiate, and oversee campaigns with external partners.
• Store Campaigns – Manage campaigns with console/ digital storefronts.
• Email & CRM – Lead email marketing strategy, execution and reporting.
• Insights – Translate data into actionable recommendations and benchmarks.
• Performance-Led Creative – Provide briefs to creatives for assets.
• Privacy & Data Compliance – Ensure advertising and tracking comply with privacy laws.
• Reporting – Develop reporting to connect data with business performance.
