Job summary

Qualifications

• Must be enrolled in an accredited college/university as a rising junior or senior with an expected graduation date between December 2027 and May 2029.
• Preferred fields of study include Communications, Marketing, Digital Media, UX, HCI, Information Science, Web Design, Computer Science, Graphic Design, or related fields.
• Experience with WordPress or Drupal and content governance is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support website migration and content governance by inventorying, reviewing, organizing, and validating content to ensure accuracy, quality, and compliance during migration projects.
• Maintain and update website content to support ABA initiatives, events, advocacy priorities, community engagement, and other communications.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and web team to support new web projects by gathering requirements and developing recommendations.
• Monitor website content and performance metrics; work with web team to improve content quality, UX, and site engagement using data and analytics.
• Conduct website audits and QA reviews to identify broken links, inconsistencies, accessibility issues, and formatting errors.
• Apply web content, accessibility, SEO, UX, and design standards to ensure consistent user experience across digital properties and evolve team standards.
• Support UX research and testing activities, review user feedback, document findings, and assist with recommendations to improve usability and accessibility.
