Job summary

Penn State University’s Enrollment Management Office is seeking a Web Content and Editorial Specialist to own day-to-day web content and email design across divisions. You will support digital marketing initiatives, ensure accessibility and brand consistency, and coordinate content governance and approvals.

Responsibilities include maintaining current content, planning page builds for enrollment goals, and writing clear content for web and CRM users while collaborating with stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Minimum 6+ years of relevant experience in web content and editorial work.
• Experience applying accessibility standards and branding guidelines.
