Job summary

The role requires leadership of content teams, familiarity with CMS tools (SharePoint, Drupal), and strong HTML/CSS skills, plus a track record in accessibility remediation and digital asset management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, public relations, journalism, information technology, or related field.
• 3+ years enterprise content management experience with CMS and corporate websites production.
• Experience with basic web and graphic design software such as Photoshop and Dreamweaver.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day maintenance of web content and management of content authoring and review.
• Draft, edit and publish web content; ensure accuracy and currency.
• Coordinate with content owners to maintain relevance, style and quality.
• Ensure pages comply with web design templates, branding and editorial guidelines.
• Collaborate with IT and COMMS to resolve system or access issues and improve performance.
• Monitor analytics and optimize campaigns; train users on accessibility requirements.
